About SkyRay UV LED Flood Cure System
SkyRay is a compact microprocessor controlled high power UV LED flood curing system, which can be easily mounted on the optional Rayven bench-top curing chamber, mounted to an adjustable stand with UV shields, or anywhere on a factory floor with virtually no cabling or remote power boxes required. Just mount the head, connect the AC line cord, and start timed exposure curing! The system’s LCD display and digital keypad make simple work of programming and monitoring UV curing operations. The powerful UV LED array illuminates a 5 x 5 inch curing area with evenly distributed UV light, with no warm-up time needed.

Versatile System Timers
SkyRay curing time is controlled by either 1 to 9999 second, or 1 to 9999 hour exposure timer. The timer also has a user controlled manual mode, and a mode for use in long exposure applications.

Lamp Intensity Control
SkyRay has a user adjustable intensity level from 0-100%. This feature provides the flexibility of choosing appropriate curing intensity for sensitive materials using cure time and intensity, as well as all other settings.

Foot Pedal Control
SkyRay LED flood curing system can by controlled hands free using an optional foot pedal. The foot pedal can be used in conjunction with the system timer, or in manual mode.

Remote Control /Logic Interface
SkyRay can be remotely monitored and controlled using machine controllers or PLCs, and can also be controlled using a computer and optional Windows™ compatible graphical interface software.

LED Spectral Options
The SkyRay UV LED system is available with 365nm (standard UV curing), 385nm, 395nm, or 405nm to ensure compatibility with a wide range of UV adhesives and coatings.
