Lightning SpotCure UV LED Curing System is one of the most versatile and powerful hand-held UV curing units available today. Lightning SpotCure utilizes a powerful high quality UV LED and unique lens technology to deliver optimum power and coverage, depending on your UV curing needs. Lenses are quickly and easily replaceable and can vary the optical output up to 18W/cm2 by simply swapping the lens. The optical output power is also adjustable, so the user can dial in the exact parameters needed for optimal cure. Lightning SpotCure can be operated by a switch on the curing probe, a switch on the console, an optional footswitch or remotely, and can operate using the precision timer or wired to operate when the footswitch or remote switch is depressed. Lightning SpotCure can be used as a hand-held device or mounted with our Adjustable Probe Holder for fixed applications and hands-free operation.

About the Lens Technology
Lightning SpotCure utilizes a unique replaceable lens technology that can achieve a wide range of optical power output levels by simply changing the lens. Combined with the Optical Output Power Adjustment, optimum results can be achieved for practically any spot curing application.
Which Lens Should I Choose?
The standard lens is D8, which will
deliver over 2 W/cm2 at 27mm Working
Distance and a cure diameter at 8mm, plenty of curing power for most applications.
Increasing lens diameter will decrease curing power and decreasing diameter will increase curing power.
